Understanding Statement:
In 1962 The United States and the USSR were in the mists
of the Cold War. Although there where many incidents throughout it, The Cuban
Missile Crisis was a pivotal time in the Cold War which nearly created a
Nuclear Holocaust.
Introduction: Have you ever wondered what the Cuban Missile Crisis was or how it began? There are many incidents that occurred leading up to the Cuban Missile Crisis. The Following questions will help you understand what actually occurred during this pivotal time in American History and how and why the issue began, came about, and concluded.
Questions: here are a few questions which will help you understand the situation that occurred in 1962.

and how large was the naval blockade around Cuba?

5. What is the purpose of a U2, and how were they used during the crisis?

important?

were believed to be in Cuba?

Putting it all together: Using a Venn Diagram describe the two sides of the Cuban Missile Crisis, make sure you use as many details as possible, and make a conclusion on why the Crisis ended the way it did.
